Terms of Service

Last updated: 29 May 2026

1. The service

Music Engine ("the Service") provides background-music streaming and remote management for player devices in cafés, shops and similar venues. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and a valid email address. You must be authorised to operate music in the venues you connect.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe third-party rights, or disrupt the Service or other users. You are responsible for holding any music-licensing rights (e.g. performing-rights society fees) required to play music publicly in your venue.

4. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted operation. Player devices include a local-backup mode so music can continue during a network or stream outage.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

6. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notified by email.

8. Contact
